Website template update from existing template

I require a CSS style sheet & full html code for a one page web template, that can be adapted from the page I have developed myself at http://www.intertrustmedical.com/index6.html
As you will see from the link the page practically exists, I just need the all html & style shet as some still sits on the boots site. In terms of design I need it to look exactly as it is with ONLY three changes:
1. I need the search bar & other links around it to be level with the logo & that space beneath it(ie between the logo & main navigation bar) to be reduced.
2. I need the navigation bar itself to contain the drop down boxes (also containing additional links) as with the navigation on the main boots website: Read more…
