Database Driven Website

We currently have a static website which displays multiple categories of plant (construction equipment) that we auction off on an onsite auction every 6 weeks. Our catalogue is based on a number of categories.
We want to have a fully database driven website where all the pictures and descriptions are dynamically displayed based on a database. We will also need an ADMIN site to be able to add / modify / delete seller info, buyers info, item pictures, item description, categories and also be able to generate printable reports (Items sold, unsold, buyers and their purchases, sellers and their items and etc).
