I want to get developed EA(Meta Trader4) Expert advisor some trading strategies for example: I want EA to place trades automatically when these signals appear in forex market:
Currency symbol: AUDUSD
Technical Indicator: MA (simple moving average)50 days moving average on 4 hours graph.
when Japnies candal low touch 50days MA line it should buy 1 lot at 10 pips about MA line and place stop of 40 pips and profit target is 50pips.
same will be reversed for selling orders when japanies candle high will touch 50 days MA line it should sell 1 lot before 10 pips of 50MA line price with 40 pips stop and 50 pips profit target.
I also want to get developed Bridge for Meta Trader4 (MT4) so it could be linked to some other clearing broker(FXCM, FXDD, HOTSPOT or Currenex) who is usding MT4 or some other platform and when my clients will place orders at my MT4 it all such orders or some to them will be directly placed with other clearing broker automatically.

I need a decompiler tool/script for the metatrader 4 .ex4 files. The program needs to be very simple and should run on windows. It takes the ex4 file as input and generates the mq4 file as output. This mq4 file should be then usable with the mql editor to recompile it. I would need the entire package including source code, how to use and anything else that be needed to successfully decompile a ex4 file.
Please bid only if you have a ready-made ex4 decompiler which you can share right away, as I am NOT looking for only just decomplier services. Please specify your decompiler is equal or better than which decompiler known today.
I have attached a sample ex4 file and you should decompile and attach a sample mq4 file with your response. You must decompile this one before bidding for the project.
