I need media stream converter for .net based on ffmpeg’s avcodec library. The idea is to open the file, get audio/video stream(s), encode frame by frame and save the stream (frame by frame) to a file…. (Budget: €250-750, Jobs: .NET, C/C++, Windows)

I need to install all the necessary software on my server to handle FFMPEG audio and video conversions.

What I need is someone to write 2 scripts, one which will convert all(or as many as possible) audio files to .mp3 with a set bitrate and another which will convert all(or as many as possible) video files to .flv (with a watermark if possible).

I’m looking for someone who has done this before, and has experience. I don’t think this is that difficult a task..?

I’ll give you FTP access so that it can best integrated and tested on my pages.
