Due to our overload we are not able to finish all tasks ourselves. Also we need some sleep :). Anyways task is simple I want an email form written with Ajax/PHP.

as you might see page is table-less. I want the result email to be sent as html to both subscriber and receiver.

If you are a good programmer who knows what he/she does its a simple task. I agree to escrow the amount for rated users in SL. Also will give the chance to users with no rate.

As told this is an urgent task and i want to chose the developer right away.
