As you will see from the link the page practically exists, I just need the all html & style shet as some still sits on the boots site. In terms of design I need it to look exactly as it is with ONLY three changes:

I have a flash template that needs to be amended, with our content adding to the pages. Will need a couple of additional buttons added for new pages. Quite a simple template from templatemonster.com
All text will be supplied so you can copy/paste etc, so a nice easy job. Also have another piece of flash (can be seen at www.brand.uk.com and click on badge calculator). I need a highly intuitive and well designed flex program for designers to upload their logos to the server easily.
Whoever that can suggest the fastest and easiest way to upload logos (through this program) will most likely get this project. (I want to see how you can possibly make uploading logos simple and easy, a quick prototype would be ideal)
Requirement List:
Component 1
- Program where users can upload multiple logos at one go (the upload of 1.psd, 1.eps, 1.jpg refer to only one file)
- Platform independent
- GUI must look graphically pleasing
- The program will automatically watermark the logos after it is uploaded
- The program will automatically re size the logos after it is uploaded, constraint width and height of 120 x 120
- The program will generate a thumbnail and store it within the system
- The program will allow the designer to specify the position of the thumbnail snapshot based on the uploaded logo
- The program will allow the designer to specify price, category and types of files available for the logo
- If JPEG file is not specified, program automatically convert it to JPEG format.
- Save list of logos user uploaded (via webservice)
Component 2:
- Obtain list of logos user uploaded (via webservice)
- Manage uploaded logos (edit|remove|hide)
Component 3:
- Obtain logo that user purchase (via webservice)
- Positioning of the company name base on input
- Positioning of the company slogan base on input
- Saving the designed logo as JPEG after dragging and dropping the various placeholders (for name and slogan) appropriately

We need a wordpress template designed similar to that of ebid.ie. with the ability to change header, text and title colors easy. We would like for their to be a search box in the upper right corner that will return results from the site. we would like three adsense spots on the right side as well as right above the footer and we would like two spots for youtube videos to be displayed that we can insert our affiliate codes. This site will display ebay partner network listings. we would like a grid style layout with no columns for that web 2.0 feel. with of course home and pages link displayed at the top below title and below that would display categories. We have a small initial project budget. But the selected bidder will be choosing for future projects.
