There are different but recurring topics in various niches (real estate, health, finance, lifestyle, entertainment, recreation etc.). No prior knowledge in these niches is required in order to write these articles. You will get a list of keywords, 1 keyword per article. You are free to write about whatever you want as long as the article content matches the keyword. The keyword will be used in the title, so the article should be about it. However, do not use the keyword in the article too often, no keyword stuffing, and no SEO writing. Just write natural and take the time to get it right.
3. You must write all articles yourself. No computer generated stuff, not copying from other sources, 100% original. This is very important. We check all articles with copyscape and other databases and if you fail to deliver original self-written articles then our agreement is terminated immediately without payment for these articles.
Article format: Each article has to be delivered as plain .txt file without any formatting other than paragraphs. No hard line breaks. Please remove special characters and all needless spaces and line breaks between or at the end of the article. Please run a spell-checker before you submit the article.

You represent that, except with respect to material furnished to you by me, you are the sole author of the writings and all of your services are original with you and not copied in whole or in part from any other work. The writings contributed by you hereunder shall be considered a “writings made for hire” as defined by the copyright laws of the United States. we shall be the sole and exclusive owner and copyright proprietor of all rights and title in and to the results and proceeds of your services hereunder in whatever stage of completion. If for any reason the results and proceeds of your services hereunder are determined at any time not to be a “writings made for hire”, you hereby irrevocably transfer and assign to me all right, title and interest therein, including all copyrights, as well as all renewals and extensions thereto. You agree that we may make any changes or additions to the writings prepared by you, which we in our sole discretion may consider necessary, and may engage others to do any or all of the foregoing, with or without attribution to you. You further agree to waive any so-called moral rights in the writings.
