I need a site that combines different features of surfthechannel.com and youtube.com. This can be done one of three ways: (Please state which way you would like when you reply)
1) Use the Clip Bucket script with the Youtube template from clip-bucket.com and then you will make the changes that I require to that script.
2) If you know of a better script that would work well then you can tell me which one then you can make the changes that I require.
3) Create the script from scratch with all the features of CURRENT youtube and the features that I want included. Can not be a clone of the old youtube.
Here are a few of the bigger changes that the site should have. I will give more information and images that I have created later. There are many changes but the majority of them are little.
o Design will look very similar to youtube
o Will not upload videos. Will post embedded videos from sites like youtube, Veoh, 56.com, tudou.com and many others. Must have support for them all. (See surfthechannel)
o Videos play in Custom Video Player like surfthechannel.com which I will provide.
o Videos will have different fields instead of regular. Ex: Instead of description, tags, etc., there will be others like Plot Outline, Staring etc.
o Completely new Admin Panel. Some things that Admin Panel will consist of: Add Movie, Requested Movies, Add Link, Submitted Links, Movies, Reported Links, User Panel. As well as others.
o Many and most features of the current youtube
o Sort by: Featured, Most Popular, Most Discussed, Most Recent, Most Responded, Most Viewed, Top Favorites, Top Rated.
o Display: List View and Grid View
o Features of Youtube like channels and community will still be there.
o You will be able to Request Movie and Add Link.
o Alternative links similar to surfthechannel.
o Lots of AJAX, Ex: Favorite and Report Dead, related movies as well as many others.
o Must be very SEO friendly
o Comment system like youtube.
o Member rating where every time someone submits a link and it gets approved then they get a point. Once they receive a certain amount of points then links they submit automatically get approved.
These are most of the bigger changes and some of the smaller ones. There are many more changes though.
You must be able to do everything that surfthechannel and the current youtube has.
I need everything to be exact so I will be asking to fix very little details that you may think do not need to be fixed. I will also be asking for things to be added and changed as we go.
I will also need to see the daily changes on your server and need daily updates even if it is just a few words.
You will help me install the other script if needed and set up the site on my server and make sure it runs smoothly. I also need at least 2 months support in case of bugs or anything that goes wrong.

If possible describe both sites and the features that I say so I know you have an understanding of what I want and give an outline of what you will do and how long it will take.
I will pay 50% of what we agree on half way and 50% when it is 100% done and has been running on my server for a week.
