Need two documents for a web site.
1. Terms of Use
2. Privacy Policy
They should be of same complexity and details as found on apple.com.
The business is selling a solution similar to zoomback.com so key part of zoomback.com’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy need to be included. Clearly the docs need to be re-written enough not to have any copyright issues.
