Sportsbook Comparation Odds

Hello,
For using a sports betting method i would like to have a web application on my website that will do this:
Showing on the next 24 hours sports events, the bets where the “lay” at betfair is less or not more than 0,10 higher (decimal odds) than the same odd “back” at the sportsbook that is being compared.
So betfair will be the home house for the comparison, and i would like to have some as 25 sportsbook that user can select to compare with betfair odds.
Betfair is allways selected and the user select one sportsbook from the 25 list to the program do the next 24 hours analysis.
