Add a Indicator to a MT4 EA

Hello,
I have a EA that enter a trade with EMA and RSI (EMA cross when RSI is on a specific level)
But i need a EA for breakout.
The EA shouldn´t make a trade befor a breakout, or the EA should make trades with breakout.
So I need a programmer, that know´s a indicator that know the next breakout and the EA should trade with EMA + RSI + the breakout indicator.
The programmer should ad this indicator to the EA
