Need script similar to http://www.viwawa.com/en_US/game/Wahjong with Paid Premium Membership option

Hi
I need to get someone to build a script similar to http://www.viwawa.com/en_US/game/Wahjong
However it must have a few other options. Players play to get points and they are allowed to redeem their points for their characters clothings, accessories etc
I wish to do the same thing but it must have 2 other options.
1) It must be able to accept premium membership where users must pay a monthly subscription to join where they have additional privelges.
2) I must be able to choose additional reward redemptions like Vouchers, Cash, etc using their points.
