Landing Page For Oscommerce

I need a landing page (front page) for Oscommerce shop.
It’s located at www.faciashop.com
The landing page should look some something like the landing page at this site:
http://www.hemvaruhuset.se/
Basically, there would be rotated images which link to the specific products. We can supply these images if you let us know the sizes, etc.
There would be 4 boxes, as below, which would be static and used to link to promotions.
Then, below that, there is just products (pulled from OSC inventory).
The design should be such that it’s easy to update, especially for the images to the top. Would require some instructions on how to install the landing page as well.
